Paraclete Foundation Community School Inc. is a non-profit, non-stock operation founded by the missionary-Sister Servants of the Holy Spirit (S.S.P.S)
In 1989, the Foundation began a feeding program. Another sponsor, Mr. Wellington and Mrs. Nancy Lim Ty pledge donation to provide allowance for the teachers and aides for the total of 90 pre-school level children. Due to the fact that the foundation’s building was located within the military housing project, a new request was made to the foundation; a paying pre-school for the families of AFP housing. However, they could not be considered direct beneficiaries of its project.
In 2000, the parents of the graduating batch of pre-school pupils expressed formally to PFI Board of Directors to open an Elementary school so that the value development of their children will be given continuity and deepening.
The PFCSI had been experiencing difficulty in its management aside from external problems due to mushrooming of schools in the barangay. This had been expressed to the school Board of Trustees to the Bishop of the Diocese, and then Bishop Luis Antonio G. Tagle expressed desire from the Board of Trustees of Paraclete Foundation Community School to transfer the school’s management to the Diocese. This was when Rev. Fr. Redentor S. Corpuz made an ocular visit to the site of the school and discussed the matter with the Bishop and He also informed CADIPA. Fr. Reddie took the risk of taking over the management and Mrs. Josefina M. Liwanag, the principal of Father Michael Donoher Memorial School in Silang, Poblacion was requested to give assistance by acting as the head of the school. She was ask to report on the 14th of April 2011. The school was found to be very inadequate facilities, personnel and teaching staff. The documents needed for operations was filed and secured. Major and minor repairs were made and supplies had to be purchased. Mrs. Liwanag organized the line-up of faculty membe.rs and prepared through a series of seminars. The SOP for enrollment and office personnel were also set up. School affairs at PFCSI had been running smoothly but, Fr. Redentor Corpuz untimely demise gave a blow to the school. CADIPSA had to put a new director and this was in the person of Rev. Fr. Ariel A. Delos Reyes who is also the present director of Holy Family Academy of GMA. In S.Y 2012-2013, Mrs. Liwanag suggested that Mrs. Antonia Dimapilis, a teacher at FMDMS be hired as assistant principal so that a school head will be present in the school every day. S.Y 2013-2014, has been completed with 8 teachers and 136 students. With the help of Rev. Fr. Jose Alain P. Manalo and the CADIPSA teachers undergo series of seminars and trainings to develop their teaching skills and confidence.
On the 28th day of April 2014, PFCSI received the Government recognition for complete Elementary Course with the permit No. E-232 s. 2014 and S-3030 s. 2014 for the Renewal of the Secondary Course last May 2, 2014.
In the same year, the school recognized as a new member of Catholic Education Association of the Philippines (CEAP). Renovation of school facilities took place. Administrative Council is created, Vision and Mission was revisited with the assistance of Sister Ana Haydee Librojo of Canossa House of Spirituality.
